Discovery reports
Each report shows the whole funnel, including what was discarded and why. A result without its drop reasons is a claim, not evidence. Open any report to read the full run on-site.

Every model used in a run is named with its source and licence. Reports markedfully open use only redistributable (CC0/CC-BY) models; those marked some link-only models name a source we cannot re-serve, with a link to obtain it. Naming a model is not redistribution.
Reports with results
These use-cases produced at least one candidate consortium or single-organism result under the flux-balance + thermodynamic gate. Every candidate is a hypothesis until it is cultured; the report documents exactly what evidence supports each one and what each gate ruled out.

Pending and not-expressible use-cases
Use-cases listed as PENDING have a defined target but no discovery run yet — they are waiting for corpus models that can perform the missing step (see the gap analysis on theData page). Use-cases listed as NOT-EXPRESSIBLE have no route through the current corpus: this is a finding, not an omission. It means either the biology is genuinely absent from any known model (a research gap) or the target metabolite has no known microbial producer (a literature gap).

How to read these reports
SUPER-ADDITIVE CONSORTIUM (reducible) means the community produces significantly more target than either member alone; reducible means removing one member still leaves a functioning pair. This is the expected result at current corpus quality — with gap-filled models, one member can often substitute for another. The value is that the platform found the pattern; rigorous irreducibility requires thermodynamic modeling on defined-medium-ready models (Phase 2).
CONSORTIUM (additive) means the community outperforms either member alone, but the improvement is additive rather than synergistic. Still biologically meaningful — two members collaborate to reach the target — but the chemistry is less surprising than super-additivity.
SINGLE-ORGANISM means the best-performing result is one organism acting alone. The consortium search ran, found no advantage from a partner, and correctly reported the negative. This is an honest negative, not a failure.
NOT-EXPRESSIBLE means no path through the corpus reaches the target metabolite at all. This may mean the biology does not exist in any reconstructed model, or that an intermediate step requires a model not yet in the corpus.
Each report is provenance-stamped (corpus version, content hash, and tool version) so an individual result is reproducible independently of the full corpus. A Zenodo-citable DOI is coming once the corpus release is registered (see Data).
